Guides you through creating a new skill: defines the trigger phrase, writes the system prompt, identifies which tools it needs, and creates the skill file. Also handles updating and evaluating existing skills for performance.
When it runs
User invokes /skill-creator or wants to create, update, or evaluate a Claude Code skill.
